Iva Gumnishka is a Co-founder of Entrepreneurs for Palestine, a new initiative which brings together founders and CEOs who support the Palestinian cause. E4P has recently become part of Tech for Palestine, joining forces to mobilize the global tech and startup community.
Iva is an award-winning social entrepreneur working at the intersection of AI and social impact. She is the founder of Humans in the Loop, a B Corp dedicated to creating job opportunities for refugees and conflict-affected people in data annotation for AI.
Previously, she was a consultant for UNHCR, the UN agency for refugees, in the field of refugee employment, a cofounder of the International Olympiad in AI for high school students, and a board member at ForHumanity, a nonprofit which promotes independent audits of AI systems.
Iva has received awards from Forbes30under30, MIT Solve, European Young Leaders, EU Women Innovators, Cartier Women's Initiative, and Dubai Expo Global Innovators. She holds a degree in Human Rights from Columbia University and is currently based in Prague, Czech Republic.
