Stephanie Nadi Olson is a technology founder, bootstrapper, innovator, and disruptor, aiming to change the world's perspective on building a more thoughtful and inclusive society. Nadi Olson, a former advertising executive, founded We Are Rosie in 2018, scaled the platform to 40,000 marketers around the globe, and eventually sold the majority of her company to Private Equity firm Align Capital Partners. She was the company's CEO from 2018 to 2022, overseeing its rapid growth, and currently serves as Chair of the Board.
She is also a Palestinian-American, the daughter of a Nakba survivor from Saqiya, Palestine, and a fierce advocate for dignity and freedom for all Palestinians. She currently sits on the Board of The Laurice Khoury Foundation in support of Palestinian students with disabilities and is an Advisory Board Member to the Gaza Health Initiative, a global organization created to navigate the planning and execution work needed in the resurrection of the healthcare system in Gaza.
Nadi Olson was named a Game Changer by She Runs It in 2024, inducted into the American Advertising Federation’s Advertising Hall of Achievement in 2023, was named one of Atlanta Magazine's 2022 Women Making a Mark and is an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2022 Award winner as well as one of Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Most Admired CEOs. In 2021, she was named to the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women class. In addition, Nadi Olson was named AdAge Visionary of the Year 2020, was recognized by Adweek in the 2020 Creative 100, was named World Changing Woman 2020 by Conscious Company, and was awarded Global Entrepreneur of the Year 2019 by the Stevie Awards.
